Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Schuylkill Haven). Everything went their way against the Pine Grove Cardinals on Monday as they made off with a 27-13 win. Considering the Hurricanes have won nine games by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Schuylkill Haven's victory was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-3. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.7 runs over those games. As for Pine Grove, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season.

Schuylkill Haven will challenge Williams Valley at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hurricanes' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Vikings have averaged an impressive 8.5 runs per game this season. As for Pine Grove, they will square off against North Schuylkill at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
