Tate proved they can win big last Thursday (they won by 12) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They had just enough and edged out the Charles Page Sandites 5-4. Winning may never get old, but the Aggies sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Keelan Beasley looked comfortable as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single hit in three consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Kaden Posta, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. Those three hits gave him a new career-high. Nathan Ozuna also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Tate pushed their record up to 8-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.7 runs over those games. As for Charles Page, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-5.

Looking ahead, Tate will be playing in front of their home fans against Yukon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Charles Page, they will head out to square off against Olympia at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games Olympia has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
