Pleasant Valley came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Templeton Eagles, falling 13-3. The Vikings' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Pleasant Valley saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brayden Wynkoop, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases.

Pleasant Valley's loss dropped their record down to 10-8. As for Templeton, they now have a winning record of 10-9.
