The Danville Hawks can now show off three landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 7-1 margin over West Limestone. It was an even better day for Layla Sherrill as she scored six goals for her team.
Something new happened on Tuesday as Maddie Sherrill saw her first action of the season, playing 80 minutes against West Limestone. Sherrill made the most of the opportunity, putting up an assist. A few more games like that and she might be seeing even more time going forward.
Danville's win bumped their record up to 3-0-2. As for West Limestone, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.
