While Central Heights put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Newton. The Blue Devils were the clear victors by an 11-0 margin over the Eagles. The win was nothing new for the Blue Devils as they're now sitting on five straight.

Central Heights' record is now 13-4. As for Newton, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-14 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Central Heights will head out to challenge Tatum at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Newton, they will venture away from home to square off against Huntington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Eagles' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Red Devils have averaged an impressive 7.5 runs per game this season.
