Football Game Preview: Concord Crimson Tide vs. Timberlane Owls

The Concord Crimson Tide will challenge the Timberlane Owls at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Neither of those teams managed to put together many points in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Concord is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Hampshire's top teams: Windham, who was ranked tenth at the time (Concord was ranked 18th). The Crimson Tide took a 13-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Jaguars on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Timberlane came up short against Portsmouth/Oyster River on Friday and fell 14-6. The matchup marked the Owls' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Concord's loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Timberlane, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 3-5.
