It was a proper cat-fight when Cochranton challenged Maplewood on Tuesday. The Cochranton Cardinals claimed a resounding 69-39 win over the Maplewood Tigers. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 26 points or more this season.

The victory made it two in a row for Cochranton and bumps their season record up to 14-9. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 28 points. As for Maplewood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-13 record this season.
