It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Turlock had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the McClatchy Lions, sneaking past 8-6. The win was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on seven straight.

The team relied heavily on Joshua Ramirez, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and four RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in April of 2024. Brady Faria was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two runs.

Turlock's victory bumped their record up to 20-6-1. As for McClatchy, their defeat dropped their record down to 22-7.

Turlock wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 4-2 loss against Rocklin on the 9th. McClatchy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
