Basketball Recap: Liberty Tree Academy Comes Up Short

On Thursday, the Liberty Tree Academy War Eagles came up short against the Ellicott Thunderhawks and fell 64-57. The War Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Despite the loss, Liberty Tree Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Wesley Rains posted ten points and six boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Kaleb Mendez, who almost dropped a double-double on 14 points and nine rebounds.
