Prince of Peace fought the good fight in their overtime match against Covenant Christian on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell to the Covenant Christian Cougars 47-42. The Eagles' defeat signaled the end of their six-game winning streak.

Covenant Christian got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was AJ Guerra out in front who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 boards. The game was Guerra's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Lucas Wallace, who posted 13 points along with six rebounds and four steals.

Prince of Peace now has a losing record at 15-16. As for Covenant Christian, the win got them back to even at 11-11.
