Softball Recap: Farrington Governors vs. Waipahu Marauders
Farrington's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Waipahu Marauders, sneaking past 29-28. The victory continues a trend for the Governors in their matchups with the Marauders: they've now won three in a row.
Manaea Emelio was a standout: she scored four runs and stole two bases while going 3-for-5. Trinity Lasit was another key player, scoring six runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all six of her plate appearances.
