St. Joseph waltzed into their game on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Whitewater Whippets by a score of 2-0. The Lancers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Whippets, too.

Anabelle Cerny paced St. Joseph's offense, picking up seven kills. Cerny got some help from Lauren Garcia and her nine assists. Cerny was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

St. Joseph's victory bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Whitewater, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

St. Joseph has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Cambridge on the 13th. As for Whitewater, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Valders on the 13th.
