Baseball Recap: Quartz Hill Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Quartz Hill can now relate to. They took a 6-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pacifica Christian Tritons on Friday. The Royals just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Quartz Hill saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cole Gregory, who went 2-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Quartz Hill's defeat dropped their record down to 14-14. As for Pacifica Christian, they moved to 13-11 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

As of now, neither Quartz Hill nor the Tritons have any future games scheduled.
