Baseball Recap: Honeoye Extends Home Winning Streak to Six

Honeoye waltzed into their match on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Harley Allendale Columbia Wolves as they made off with an 11-1 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 20-2 back in April.

Honeoye's victory was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-5. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Harley Allendale Columbia, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Honeoye will square off against rival Bloomfield at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
