Soccer Recap: Midlakes Falls to North Rose-Wolcott in First Game of Season

Midlakes had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the North Rose-Wolcott Cougars, falling 5-0. Midlakes were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as North Rose-Wolcott apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

The win got North Rose-Wolcott back to even at 2-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Midlakes will welcome Red Jacket at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for North Rose-Wolcott, they will be playing at home against Williamson at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
