Basketball Recap: Eastside Takes a Loss

Eastside suffered their biggest loss since December 17, 2024 on Saturday. They were beaten by the North Oconee Titans 66-38. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 118th, while the Titans are ranked ninth).

Eastside's defeat dropped their record down to 16-11. As for North Oconee, the win (which was their 23rd in a row) raised their record to 25-2.

Eastside does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for North Oconee, they will square off against Hampton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
