Soccer Recap: St. Joseph Academy Find Success

St. Joseph Academy's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over the San Antonio Christian Lions. The high-scoring effort was just what the Bloodhounds needed considering they were shutout in their previous game.

St. Joseph Academy's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for San Antonio Christian, their defeat was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 10-2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Joseph Academy will welcome St. Anthony at 2:00 p.m. on January 22nd. As for San Antonio Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against San Antonio Patriots HomeSchool at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
