Softball Recap: Navarro Takes a Loss

Navarro fell victim to Anderson and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Anderson Trojans, falling 18-0. The loss continues a trend for the Vikings in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost five in a row.

Navarro's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Anderson, their record now sits at 5-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Navarro will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Richards School for Young Women Leaders at 7:00 p.m. on March 28th. As for Anderson, they will face off against Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin at 7:00 p.m. on March 25th. Liberal Arts & Science Academy - Austin is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.8 runs per game this season.
