Volleyball Recap: Centennial Find Success

Centennial posted their closest victory since September 27, 2024 on Saturday. They won by a set and slipped past the Longview Lobos 2-1.

Lauren Seeton paced Centennial's offense, picking up 13 kills. Seeton got some help from Channing Ward and her 17 assists. Ty'Jahnique Minter controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Centennial is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-2 record this season. As for Longview, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-3.

Centennial has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Chaparral on the 16th. As for Longview, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 defeat against Lufkin on the 19th.
