Volleyball Recap: Handley Comes Up Short at Home Against Ranburne

Handley unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell 3-1 to the Ranburne Bulldogs on Thursday. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it 13 in a row.

While Handley ultimately came up short, they really made Ranburne work, particularly in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 28-26, 22-25, 25-17, 25-10.

While Handley had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Monday.
