 Perry County has been on the road for three straight, but  on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Hughes Lions at 1:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Perry County is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 8.2  runs per game  this season.
 Perry County is hoping to deliver their fans another blowout  on Tuesday, just like they did against Hughes (and have done all season long). Perry County never let Hughes onto the board and left with  a   15-0  victory  on Monday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for Perry County considering their two-run performance the  contest before.
  Colby Ary made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out six batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit. Ary was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances with a  double and  an  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Jake Mercer was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing two bases while going 3-for-3.  Ryan Marrs was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
 Perry County now  has a winning record of 7-6. As for Hughes, they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-5.
