Volleyball Recap: North Gwinnett Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for North Gwinnett, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the South Forsyth War Eagles on Tuesday. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the War Eagles recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

The 2-0 score doesn't really reflect how close the match was: every set was decided by three points or less. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 25-22.

The victory got North Gwinnett back to even at 3-3. As for South Forsyth, they are on a ten-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Coincidentally, North Gwinnett and South Forsyth will both be playing Hebron Christian the next time they take the court. The War Eagles will head out to face the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Bulldogs will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
