With a playoff win on the line, Hopewell-Loudon rose to the challenge on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Coldwater Cavaliers, sneaking past 20-18. The win was familiar territory for the Chieftains, who have now won seven matchups in a row.

Hopewell-Loudon's victory bumped their record up to 13-1. As for Coldwater, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 10-5.
