Football Game Recap: Heritage Hall vs. Bridge Creek

Heritage Hall got themselves on the board against Bridge Creek on Thursday, but Bridge Creek never followed suit. Everything came up roses for Heritage Hall against Bridge Creek as the team secured a 50-0 win. The lopsided score is just par for the course this season for Heritage Hall, who can brag about four blowout wins.

Senior Conner Carey, who rushed for 140 yards and 3 touchdowns, was a major factor in Heritage Hall's success. If you haven't heard Carey's name lately, then you haven't been paying much attention: he has loomed large in their past four games. Additional support came from defensive powerhouse sophomore Colby Lewis, who racked up nine tackles.

The victory was the 6th in a row for Heritage Hall, as they raised their record to 6-1. Bridge Creek are on a six-game losing streak that has brought their record down to 1-6.

Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Heritage Hall take on Kingfisher at 7:00 PM. As for Bridge Creek, they will face off against Perkins-Tryon.
