Volleyball Recap: Cedarville Beats Greeneview for Their Fourth Straight Victory

Cedarville entered their tilt with Greeneview on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Rams 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in August.

Leading Cedarville to victory were Aubrey Van Loo and Zoe McKinion. Van Loo had six digs and three aces, while McKinion hit 53.3% for eight kills and 37 assists and 12 digs. McKinion has been hot for a while, having posted 13 or more assists the last 39 times she's played.

They weren't the only good servers: Cedarville was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in six consecutive contests.

Cedarville's record now sits at 12-4. As for Greeneview, they dropped their record down to 3-14 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home.

Cedarville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Arcanum on the 27th. As for Greeneview, they will host Southeastern Local at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
