East Valley and Selah are an even 5-5 against one another since January of 2020, but not for long. The East Valley Red Devils will head out on the road to take on the Selah Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. East Valley will be strutting in after a win while Selah will be coming in after a defeat.

East Valley was handed a 21-point loss in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Wednesday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Othello 39-37.

Meanwhile, Selah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against Prosser, falling 76-49.

Selah's loss dropped their record down to 15-7. As for East Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-14 record this season.

East Valley might still be hurting after the 56-33 defeat they got from Selah in their previous matchup back in January. Can East Valley avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
