Basketball Game Preview: Peters Township Indians vs. Chartiers Valley Colts

The Peters Township Indians will take on the Chartiers Valley Colts. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Peters Township sitting on three straight wins and Chartiers Valley on six.

Peters Township is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They snuck past Mars with a 58-52 victory.

Meanwhile, Chartiers Valley faced Montour in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. Chartiers Valley skirted past Montour 47-44. The 47-point effort marked the Colts' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Peters Township's win bumped their record up to 18-6. As for Chartiers Valley, their victory bumped their record up to 21-3.

Things could have been worse for Peters Township, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 71-57 loss to Chartiers Valley in their previous matchup on February 1st. Can Peters Township avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
