With a playoff win on the line, Neshannock rose to the challenge on Saturday. They blew past the Rocky Grove Orioles 64-39. The Lancers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten matchups by 21 points or more this season.

When it comes to explaining why Rocky Grove lost, don't look at Landen Carter. Despite the final result, he shot 53% from the field to rack up 19 points. Carter is also on a roll when it comes to three-point shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 43% in the last four games he's played. Schiffer Anderson was another key player, putting up three points and three steals.

Neshannock's win bumped their record up to 22-4. As for Rocky Grove, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 21-5.

Coming up, Neshannock will face off against Greensburg Central Catholic at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Rocky Grove does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
