Moorhead came up short against Brainerd on Saturday, falling 70-45. The defeat continues a trend for the Spuds in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Osseo was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Tuesday as they fell 55-49 to Robbinsdale Armstrong.

Osseo now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Moorhead, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.
