Softball Recap: Waynesboro Comes Up Short

Waynesboro was the 7-5 winner over Big Spring when they last played one another back in April of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Waynesboro fell 10-6 to Big Spring on Wednesday. The Indians' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Waynesboro now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Big Spring, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Waynesboro will take on Northern York at 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Big Spring, they and Shippensburg will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
