Softball Recap: Clayton Yellowjackets vs. Tucumcari Rattlers
Wednesday just wasn't the day for Clayton's offense. They fell victim to a rough 18-0 loss at the hands of the Tucumcari Rattlers on Wednesday. Clayton's defeat continues an unfortunate trend for the team, making it three in a row.
For Tucumcari's part, Mia Estrada looked comfortable as she pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.
On the hitting side, Haisley Huffman was incredible, going 4-for-4 with four runs, four RBI, and two doubles. She has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times she's played.
