Softball Recap: Lanier Comes Up Short

Lanier fell victim to Seguin and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Matadors, falling 20-0. The Voks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Lanier's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Seguin, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-1.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lanier will take on rival Sam Houston at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Seguin is set to face off against their familiar foe Non Varsity Opponent at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
