Volleyball Game Preview: West Side Pirates vs. Soda Springs Cardinals + How To Watch

West Side has gone a perfect 10-0 against Soda Springs recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Pirates will challenge the Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Saturday, West Side got the win against Challis by a conclusive 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Pirates.

Meanwhile, Soda Springs posted their closest victory since October 5, 2024 on Thursday. They won by a set and slipped past Declo 3-2.

Soda Springs wouldn't go down easily and took Declo into a fifth set where they got it done with a two-point win. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-20, 18-25, 20-25, 17-15.

West Side's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Soda Springs, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5.

West Side was able to grind out a solid win over Soda Springs in their previous meeting on September 11th, winning 3-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Pirates since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
