Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Roger Bacon walked away with it. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Badin Rams on Monday, sneaking past 3-2. The Spartans haven't had any issues with the Rams recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Roger Bacon got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 32-30, 23-25, 20-25, 26-24, 15-7.

Roger Bacon's win bumped their record up to 13-10. As for Badin, their loss ended a five-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-10.

Coming up, Roger Bacon will take on Dunbar at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Badin does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
