Baseball Recap: Mt. Rainier Comes Up Short

Mt. Rainier's last matchup with Tahoma could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Tuesday. The Rams came up short against the Bears, falling 7-0. The matchup marked the first time this year in which the Rams were not able to get on the board.

Mt. Rainier's defeat dropped their record down to 4-3-1. As for Tahoma, they pushed their record up to 8-1 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road.

While Mt. Rainier had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
