Recap: Petersburg Vikings vs. East Hardy Cougars
The Petersburg Vikings's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 39-0 loss at the hands of East Hardy. Petersburg has not had much luck with East Hardy recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.
Among those leading the charge was Price Strawderman, who rushed for 93 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries. The team also got some help courtesy of Tyler Tarallo, who rushed for 86 yards and a touchdown on only ten carries.
Petersburg has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season. As for East Hardy, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.
Petersburg does not have any more games scheduled as of now. East Hardy will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against St. Marys at 1:30 p.m. on November 11th. St. Marys is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune.
