Basketball Recap: Kaukauna Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Appleton East, Kaukauna was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They secured a 62-58 W over the Neenah Rockets. This was a revenge game for the Galloping Ghosts: when they faced off against the Rockets two weeks ago, they had to take a 64-51 defeat.

Kaukauna's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-9. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.0 points per game. As for Neenah, their loss dropped their record down to 12-7.

Kaukauna will welcome Hortonville at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Neenah, they will take on Appleton East at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Appleton East will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Neenah surely won't give up without a fight.
