Volleyball Recap: Cole Crawford and Javier Pargas Secure Win for Eagle Ridge Academy

Eagle Ridge Academy won the last time they faced Fort Lupton and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Warriors walked away with a 3-1 win over the Bluedevils. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

The victory didn't come easy: Fort Lupton scored at least 20 points in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-20, 20-25, 25-23.

Eagle Ridge Academy was led to victory by Javier Pargas and Cole Crawford. Pargas had 15 digs, while Crawford had 13 digs, eight aces, and five kills. Those eight aces gave Crawford a new career-high.

They weren't the only good server: Eagle Ridge Academy was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. They are 4-1 when they serve at least ten aces.

Eagle Ridge Academy's record now sits at 9-7. As for Fort Lupton, they dropped their record down to 1-11 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.
