Soccer Game Preview: Brainerd vs. Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts

The Brainerd Panthers will head out on the road to take on the Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts Eagles at 6:30 a.m. on Monday.

Brainerd fell victim to McMinn Central and their airtight defense on Thursday. They fell just short of the Chargers by a score of 1-0.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts). They blew past McMinn Central 4-1 on Tuesday. The victory was nothing new for Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts as they're now sitting on four straight.

Yousof Alymany and Michael Hirschel scored all four of Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts' goals, bringing their combined season tally to six goals.

Brainerd's loss dropped their record down to 4-4-1. As for Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts, they now have a winning record of 6-5-1.

Brainerd suffered a grim 9-1 defeat to Chattanooga School for the Liberal Arts in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. That match was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Panthers were down 4-1.
