Baseball Recap: Hartford Comes Up Short

Hartford lost against Brandywine back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Huskies came up short against the Bobcats, falling 11-1. The Huskies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hartford now has a losing record of 12-13. As for Brandywine, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 13 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 21-10 record this season.

Hartford will head out on the road to square off against Watervliet at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Huskies' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Panthers have averaged an impressive 6.7 runs per game this season. As for Brandywine, they will look to defend their home field on Tuesday against Bridgman at 4:30 p.m.
