Volleyball Recap: Puxico Comes Up Short

Puxico lost against Woodland back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Indians lost 3-0 to the Cardinals. The Indians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Woodland found their leader in sophomore Ella Cook, who had 13 digs and one assist.

Puxico's defeat dropped their record down to 5-12. As for Woodland, the win snapped their losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 11-12-2 record.

Puxico does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Woodland, they have already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Richland on the 16th.
