Soccer Recap: Crescent City Takes a Loss

Crescent City and Master's Academy squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Crescent City had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Master's Academy Eagles by a score of 1-0. Considering the last time the Raiders couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Crescent City has been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11-2 record this season. As for Master's Academy, they moved to 5-8-3 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Crescent City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Master's Academy, they will challenge Trinity Prep at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Master's Academy's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
