Desert Hills entered their tilt with Cedar on Friday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with  a   2-0  victory over the Cedar Reds. For the Thunder, this counts as revenge for the   3-0 win the Reds walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in April of 2024.
 Brodie Hoag paced Desert Hills' offense, picking up 11 kills. Hoag got some help from  Jordan Schudde and his 21 assists. Finally,  Austin Wintle kept Desert Hills' defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.
Desert Hills' victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Cedar,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
 Desert Hills didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  2-0  win against Salt Lake Academy on the 7th. As for Cedar, they also  wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  contest,  a  2-1  loss against Jordan on the 7th.
