Game recap: Liberty High School Football Team defeats State College

BETHLEHEM, Pa. - Liberty (Bethlehem, Pa.) and State College (Pa.) both had great defensive games, but Liberty was able to break through the stalemate for a 14-10 win.

The Hurricanes scored on a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown to pull out the win.

After taking the lead on a field goal by Kevin Cramer, the Little Lions went into halftime with a 10-7 lead. Liberty scored the winning points with a rushing touchdown that came in the third quarter.

State College's lone touchdown came on a 54-yard run by Pat Irwin in the first quarter.
