Football Game Preview: Ilwaco Fishermen vs. Adna Pirates + How To Watch

The Ilwaco Fishermen are taking a road trip to square off against the Adna Pirates at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Ilwaco has a tough task ahead: they'll enter the matchup with three straight defeats, while Adna will come in with four straight victories.

On Friday, Ilwaco took a blow against Napavine, falling 34-7.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Adna). They blew past Coupeville, posting a 52-7 win. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest victory of the season.

Ilwaco better keep an eye on Beau Miller. He was instrumental in Adna's win, rushing for 242 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.5 yards per carry. Thanks to that big game, Miller is now up to 5 rushing touchdowns on the season.

Adna was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 329 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.

Adna's record now sits at 5-2. As for Ilwaco, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Ilwaco lost to Adna on the road by a decisive 27-8 margin when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Fishermen avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
