Volleyball Recap: Axtell Wildcats vs. Shelton Bulldogs
Axtell was the 2-1 winner over Shelton when they last played one another back in September of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Axtell Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Shelton Bulldogs on Tuesday.

Axtell's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Shelton, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won eight of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season.
Axtell will be staying on the road on Thursday to face off against Hi-Line [Eustis-Farnam/Elwood] at 6:00 p.m. As for Shelton, they have the luxury of staying home for another game and will welcome Lawrence-Nelson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both are at an even 5-5 against one another since September of 2016, but likely not for long.
