Basketball Recap: Dimond Falls Short of West Anchorage in the Playoffs

Dimond and West Anchorage squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Dimond had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 58-56. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest defeat the Lynx have suffered since January 21st.

This is the second loss in a row for Dimond and nudges their season record down to 17-10. As for West Anchorage, their win bumped their record up to 14-16.

Dimond does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Anchorage, they and Wasilla will face off at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played.
