Basketball Recap: Laurel Hill Snaps Ten-Game Streak of Losses at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Arnold, Laurel Hill was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They enjoyed a cozy 61-44 victory over the Pensacola Christian Academy Warriors. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Hoboes as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

Laurel Hill's victory ended a ten-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-12. As for Pensacola Christian Academy, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Laurel Hill will square off against Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Laurel Hill is facing Central at the right time seeing as Central is stuck on an eight-game losing streak. As for Pensacola Christian Academy, they will head out to square off against Central Christian at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
