Basketball Recap: Bell City Comes Up Short

Bell City came into their game on Tuesday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They were outmatched by the Dexter Bearcats and fell 67-35. The Cubs were down 51-23 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Bell City now has a losing record at 11-12. As for Dexter, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 11-11.

Looking ahead, Bell City will venture away from home to square off against Meadow Heights at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dexter, they will welcome Kennett at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
