It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Chippewa can now relate to. They fell to the Norwayne Bobcats 42-38. The Chipps' defeat signaled the end of their seven-game winning streak.

Norwayne's win on Tuesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Hannah Froelich, who dropped a double-double with 13 points and 21 boards. Those 21 rebounds gave Froelich a new career-high. Allie Demassimo was another key player, putting up ten points in addition to six boards and three steals.

Chippewa's loss dropped their record down to 18-9. As for Norwayne, the win (which was their 17th in a row) raised their record to 23-3.

Chippewa does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Norwayne, they have already played their next matchup, a 48-43 victory against Canton South on the 28th.
